Grayish white to light yellow powder or granules, slightly aromatic, non-toxic. Soluble in benzene, slightly soluble in ethanol insoluble in water.
CBS (CZ) is a commonly utilized post-effect accelerator suitable for rubber materials containing furnace black, widely applied in the production of tires, rubber footwear, rubber hoses, tapes, cables, and general industrial products.
TBBS (NS) serves as a post-effect accelerator for natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and reclaimed rubber, particularly effective for carbon black materials with high alkaline content. The product exhibits excellent safety at operating temperatures, demonstrates strong scorch resistance, rapid vulcanization speed, high fixed elongation strength, and significantly enhances the proportion of synthetic rubber usage. Its low toxicity and high efficiency make it an ideal substitute for NOBS, possessing outstanding comprehensive performance and recognized as a standard accelerator, extensively utilized in the production of radial tires. Additionally, TBBS (NS) can be combined with aldehyde-amines, guanidines, and thiuram accelerators. When used in conjunction with anti-coke agent PVI, it forms an efficient vulcanization system, primarily employed in the manufacture of tires, rubber footwear, hoses, tapes, and cables.

Product usage

It is used as an aftereffect promoter of raw rubber of natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isoamyl rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and natural rubber.
This product is slightly polluted, almost no discoloration, used for the manufacture of light or brilliant rubber products, mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, rubber hose, tape, cable and general industrial products, etc., also used in the manufacture of rubber extrusion products. This product has the advantages of excellent coke resistance and short curing time, that is, there is no risk of coke burning at the operating temperature, and the promotion effect is very strong at the curing temperature, especially in the natural rubber after effect. This product needs to be supplemented with zinc oxide and stearic acid, and can also be activated by thiuram, dithiocarbamates, aldehydes, guanidine vulcanization accelerators and acidic substances

The products are packed in plastic woven bags lined with plastic bags. Store at low temperature and away from light. Keep away from fire.
