Rubber vulcanization accelerator
Grayish white to light yellow powder or granules, slightly aromatic, non-toxic. Soluble in benzene,  slightly soluble in ethanol  insoluble in water.
CBS (CZ) is a commonly utilized post-effect accelerator suitable for rubber materials containing furnace black, widely applied in the production of tires, rubber footwear, rubber hoses, tapes, cables, and general industrial products.
TBBS (NS) serves as a post-effect accelerator for natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and reclaimed rubber, particularly effective for carbon black materials with high alkaline content. The product exhibits excellent safety at operating temperatures, demonstrates strong scorch resistance, rapid vulcanization speed, high fixed elongation strength, and significantly enhances the proportion of synthetic rubber usage. Its low toxicity and high efficiency make it an ideal substitute for NOBS, possessing outstanding comprehensive performance and recognized as a standard accelerator, extensively utilized in the production of radial tires. Additionally, TBBS (NS) can be combined with aldehyde-amines, guanidines, and thiuram accelerators. When used in conjunction with anti-coke agent PVI, it forms an efficient vulcanization system, primarily employed in the manufacture of tires, rubber footwear, hoses, tapes, and cables.

Product usage

For tire manufacturing, rubber belt, rubber overshoes and other industrial rubber products accelerator currently and a medium fast primary accelerator.When used alone or in combination with other basic accelerators for higher activity, excellent aging performance can be achieved. Its acceleration temperature is low, easy to disperse, and has little pollution. Mainly used for manufacturing tires, inner tubes, foot rubber bands, hoses, etc.
